Guidelines:
Arrange the disc details from left to right (1 to 7). Leave any unmonogrammed discs blank.
Note: Initials should follow the order of First name initial, Middle name initial, Last name initial. Adjustments will be made in our monogram department to engrave the discs based on your chosen font/monogram style.
To monogram the back of the disc, there is a $5 fee per disc.
