Shipping & Returns:

  • Got questions? Email us at customerservice@handpicked.net or call 803-252-2121!
  • We process orders Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Need to pick up in-store? Give us 48 hours! Orders placed after 12 pm Friday will start processing on Monday.
  • Custom orders typically take longer, but we’ll keep you posted! Engraved jewelry ships in about 10 business days, while other special items need a bit more time.
  • Once you place an order, and finalize your payment, you’ll get a confirmation email, and it starts processing. Please see our exchange policy as we are unable to issue refunds after this point.  
  • If you need to make a quick change or order modification once you complete your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request but must be notified immediately, especially for personalized items. 
  • You will receive tracking info once your order ships. Keep an eye on that spam folder if you checked out as a guest!
  • Get excited, your New HP Goodies are on the way!  Open your package and check it out! If something’s amiss, let us know within 24 hours. We’ve got a solid system to ensure everything’s right and are here to help with any hiccups.

Shipping:

We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S. and even some Free Shipping on qualifying orders! Preferred HandPicked Shoppers and our loyal shoppers get perks and are notified via email, sign up for email online.  International and bulky orders may have extra fees, but we’ll keep you informed at checkout.

Returns for Exchange/Store Credit:

Not in love with your item? No worries! Return qualifying items for exchange or store credit (no refunds, though). Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Remember, store credits expire 90 days after being issued, so don’t let them gather dust!

In-Store Return Policy:

Since you can try before you buy in-store, you have 7 days to return qualifying items for store credit or exchange. Store credits expire 90 days from issue.  You have extended exchange period for gifts during special holiday periods.  Please ask if you have questions.

Online Return Policy:

Returns for online store exchange/ credit are accepted within 10 days of order delivery. You’ll need to cover initial and return shipping costs. Returns after 10 days need pre-approval, or we’ll send your package back!  Please contact us for approval at customerservice@handpicked.net or visit the store within the exchange period.

To kick off your return, email us with “RETURN” in the subject line for a Return Authorization Code. Send returns to:

Gift Cards:

HandPicked gift cards are available in-store and online, activated at sale time and valid for five years! Want to use your gift card online? Create an account at www.behandpicked.com, then contact us to transfer your balance. It’s a bit of a dance, but it keeps your card safe!

Store credits expire in 90 days, but gift cards are good for five years. For questions about "Old" store credits and gift cards, reach out to us! We aim to find reasonable solutions, noting our system purges after five years.

Specifics on Gift Cards:

Can be purchased and used in-store and online.

In-Store Usage:

    • Present the valid gift card at checkout.

Online Usage:

    • For balance transfers of valid Gift Cards, contact customerservice@handpicked.net.

Policy Update 2017:

Customers were notified of changes to the HandPicked operating system, organization structure and the modofied gift card policy, which expires gift cards after five years and purges them from the operating system. Gift cards issued prior to 2017 are valid until January 2023 and all gift cards issued beginning 2017 are valid for five years from date of issue.

Expiration Policy:

  • Gift cards expire after five years from the date of issue.
  • Annual service fee for inactivity may apply (up to 10% of the total balance).

Invalid Cards:

Gift cards older than five years are considered invalid and cannot be used.

 

Minor Repairs & Restringing:

We offer one complimentary minor repair on jewelry bought & damaged within 30 days with normal wear & tear.

After 30 days, that, we will help based on our capabilities with minor repairs and restringing on HandPicked exclusive sterling silver and custom pieces based on repair fees established and may need to be adjusted for supplies and labor needed.  Please keep in mind, repairs on non-HandPicked jewelry, abused or unrepairable pieces are not available but we can offer other solutions.

If your piece needs fixing, shoot us an email with “REPAIR” in the subject line, attach a pic, and describe the issue. We’ll provide an estimate or other options for you. If you choose to go ahead, we will take repair payment, send you a ticket and you send the item along with the email and form to the address below:  Be sure to ship quickly it securely!

We’ll confirm when we get your repair completed.  Repairs take about 2-3 weeks, but if you’re in a hurry, we can expedite for an additional small fee.
