Basics for Shipping, Returns, Repairs

  • For order inquiries or help in completing an online order, contact us at customerservice@handpicked.net or 803-252-2121.
  • Finalized orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. In-Store Pick-Ups take a minimum of 48 hours and orders placed after 12pm Friday - Sunday are typically processed on Monday.
  • Personalized, monogram and special orders have varying ship dates; engraved jewelry typically ships within 10 business days, while others may take 10 business days to 8 weeks.
  • Upon order submission, you'll receive a confirmation email and a tracking number with email once your order is fulfilled. Logging in with an account & email ensures these emails go to your inbox. Check spam and junk mailboxes if you checked out as a guest.
  • Standard orders ship within 2-5 business days, with delivery expected in 5-7 business days.
  • Upon receiving your package, please inspect it and let us know within 24 hours if anything is amiss. We've got a solid system to verify shipment accuracy and we're here to help you review your order. Sometimes the smaller items can get tucked away in the packaging or among other products.

Returns for Store Credit:

We want you to Love Your HP style and understand that shopping online can have some minor challenges when it comes to sizing and style. If you are not completely satisfied with your HandPicked Online purchase, you may return your qualifying item/s within 2 weeks (14 days) of receipt for an online store credit. Your qualifying items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and with tags attached. We do not offer refunds on purchases online or in-store.

To process your return for store credit, email us at customerservice@handpicked.net with “RETURN” in the subject line. We will email a Return Authorization Code and form to include in your return shipment. Please ship your return to the address below and we encourage use of an insured courier and a padded envelope or box as HandPicked is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please note:

Monogrammed, custom orders, special promotions, gift cards, clearance sale are not eligible for return. Worn items received by return will be donated in lieu of store credit.

Minor Repairs & Restringing

We offer one complementary repair on jewelry items purchased within 30 days under normal wear and tear. After that period, we will gladly complete minor repairs on HandPicked sterling and stone designs for a small fee starting at $10 for bracelets and $15 for Necklaces. We can do minor clasp and restring repairs on fashion jewelry as well, however the repair costs often end up costing more that the piece, but we are happy to offer an estimate. We do not offer repairs on jewelry that is not sold or made by HandPicked.

If one of your HandPicked pieces requires a repair, please email us at customerservice@handPicked.com with “REPAIR” in the subject line and include a picture of your piece with a description of what the requested repair is. We will reply accordingly with an estimate and Repair ticket. If you decide to proceed, the ticket and form must be enclosed with your repair item and mailed to the address below. We ask that you ship your jewelry with an insured courier in a padded envelope or box; HandPicked Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
